Applied Research Training Series

The Applied Research Training Series has been developed to provide professionals, community members, and students with access to high quality workshops on specific topics in the field of social research. These hands-on workshops provide a highly participatory learning environment to allow attendees to learn vital research skills that will have immediate application in the workplace. This Spring and Summer we are offering 6 exciting new workshops and we have expanded our successful survey workshop to a 2-day format.

The Series is designed to help people of a variety of backgrounds plan, conduct and use applied social research. Some courses are introductory in nature and are designed to provide the fundamentals needed to succeed; other courses are more advanced and geared toward professionals who wish to sharpen their skills or learn something new.
