Join Us via Zoom for the
November PSA Monthly Brown Bag Event

About the PSA Monthly Brown Bag Series:
The Monthly Brown Bag Series is a new initiative of the PSA, and it serves as a space for early career scholars and students in sociology to present their research and practice in a low-stakes capacity. This is a multi-institutional event, and it is a great opportunity to learn about new research, network with other scholars and students, gain presentation experience, and receive feedback.

Theme of November:
The theme for November is “Political Sociology and Public Policy: National and International Changes during COVID-19." The event will feature speakers Joseph Pitre from the University of California, Los Angeles and Kevin Nazar, M.S. from George Mason University.

Interests:
Interested in presenting at the PSA Monthly Brown Bag Series? Please contact Maia Punksungka (Co-President of Professional Development for the PSA) at wpunksun@gmu.edu, or Tom Wells (Colloquium Representative for the PSA) at twells23@gmu.edu.
